Welcome to Dr. Xiting Yan’s Laboratory Homepage

Our lab is specialized in computational biology, bioinformatics, biostatistics, statistical genomics. We conduct data analysis of the large-scale genetics and genomics data for different lung and airway diseases including asthma, IPF (idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis), cystic fibrosis and sarcoidosis. We also develop novel computational tools to analyze large scale data including the bulk RNAsequencing data, the single cell RNAseq data and data integration of genomics and genetic data.
